Booking policy

Please read this before booking. Paying your deposit means you agree to this policy. Last updated October 2026.

1. Securing your booking

   • Every booking needs a 50% deposit to secure your date.
   • Your date is only held once the deposit has been paid.
   • Deposits are paid by bank transfer. Details are sent on WhatsApp when your date is agreed.

2. Deposits are non-refundable

   • If you cancel, for any reason, the deposit is not refunded.
   • If I have to cancel, your deposit is refunded in full.

3. Paying the balance

   • The remaining 50% is paid on the day, by bank transfer or cash, before I leave.
   • Any extra designs or guests added on the day are charged at the same rates.

4. Minimum charge & travel

   • Home visits in Gravesend start at £50.
   • Party henna has a 2-hour minimum (£120).
   • Outside Gravesend, a travel fee is agreed when you book.

5. On the day

   • Please have a well-lit space with a table and chair ready.
   • Tell me about any skin allergies before your appointment.
   • If you're not available within 30 minutes of the start time, the booking counts as cancelled and the deposit is kept.
